TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Warm Treats Tours and Travels understands the current situation where the pandemic (covid-19) has affected the tourism industry at large. We know the uncertainty that comes with making bookings which now brings us to a change in the previous years booking conditions when had no such a threat. Since our tours are mostly tailor made or customized with clients, so they can be booked accordingly in regards to client’s personal style at any time. If you had booked a safari and is interrupted by natural disasters, we consider your safety first anything else. We can try the measures available first and if fails then a safari is rescheduled or readjusted accordingly and can keep this up to one year.
30% deposit of the original price will be required to secure a booking, balance then being due 30 days before safari starts.
Cancellation between 90 and 40 days of tour departure will incur 30% of tour penalty charge. Confirmed bookings cancelled within 40 days of tour departure or no show up will incur 100% of tour price penalty charge,
Clients before going on the safari must be fully covered by medical insurance and possibly travel insurance to protect them in case of unforeseeable circumstances.
Availability of accommodation facility is not always guaranteed, so reservations will be made upon final confirmation of the itinerary and the payment of requested deposit at the time. In Case the quoted facility is not available at the time booking, we will agree with the client to choose another hotel in the same range and if that fail still give options to the client before deciding as may affect the original price.
